A dedicated clinical mental health professional, Cherie Chadwick brings extensive experience in mental health, substance abuse treatment, and co-occurring disorders to The Prevail Team!  She provides compassionate and knowledgeable support to improve patients well-being.  She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Seminary of the Southwest.  She offers direct clinical care to children, adolescents, and adults. She is proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).  She effectively treats individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, and other mental health issues exacerbated by trauma.  Her dedication to continuous learning is evident through her ongoing training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and CBT for Autism in children.  Her commitment to patient care and professional development makes her a valuable asset in mental health counseling.

Elizabeth Morrison, MS, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

TEEN (16+), ADULT, AND NEURODIVERGENT Specialist 

Compassionate, affirming, and collaborative, Elizabeth works with each client to develop their own plan to thrive. She graduated with her Masters degree from Walden University in Counseling and has been working in the field of behavioral health for over 10 years.    She is excited to share her newest passion, working with Neurodivergent adults!  She also continues enjoying her work with teens, young adults, adults, grief, life transitions, LGBTQ+, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral issues, and substance abuse.  She supports each client individually and develops plans to improve emotional regulation, executive functioning, coping skills, and communication skills.

Eclectic and realistic, Sheena brings years of counseling experience to The Prevail Team.  She graduated from Grand Canyon University in Counseling.  Her counseling work includes using evidence-based approaches to ultimately lead to measurable results.  She uses a "semi-directive" therapy style which still honors the autonomy of each individual but helps guide them to healthy coping skills and healing.  She enjoys helping older teens, adults, and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.  She is also passionate in providing support and education to caretakers and loved ones of individuals on the Autism Spectrum.  She holds a certification in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and an ordained Minister. Christian counseling can be incorporated into therapy work upon request.

Managing daily stressors, relationships, and mental health challenges can be difficult. Life happens and we all get stuck sometimes. Maja believes that we also have the capacity to get "unstuck," but we can't always do it on our own. She offers clients the space and support to safely process your emotions, explore your situation, learn new coping skills, and/or make the changes that would lead you to a happier and more fulfilled life. Maja has a Master's degree in social pedagogy from Slovenia and a Master's degree with dual concentration in clinical mental health and school counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. She has over 6 years of counseling experience working with a wide range of life challenges and mental health issues, including complex trauma and chronic mental illness. She would love to meet you and work with you whenever you are ready.

Stephanie has been formally trained with 6 years of psychology, assessment, and counseling focused college and graduate studies.  She obtained her Master's degree from Sam Houston State University with honors in Counseling.  She has over 18 years worth of experience preforming formal evaluation, psychological/psychometric testing, diagnosing, psychopharmacology, behavioral health genetic testing for supplementation, and forensic evaluations and testifying.  She was certified by the National Board of Forensic Evaluators as a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE) and is experienced as an Expert Witness.  She also provides psychological assessment for formal diagnosis to children, adolescents, and adults to improve treatment planning in therapy, help physicians with medication management, or help with school, college, or work accommodations. 


She has a passion for educating and supervising new mental health professionals as a licensed supervisor for LPC-Associates with a "real world / hands on" approach.

Organized but empathetic to clients, Rebekah will calm fears in regards to the counseling process. She walks you through scheduling, paperwork, billing, and even can tutor you or your children.  She specializes in tutoring for 7th grade to college focusing on learning disabilities, Dyslexia, ADHD, test anxiety, and college prep.

Dedicated to helping others, Dr. Kuciemba's primary goal in therapy is to work together with his patients to build individualized approaches, just for you.  He specializes with children 12 years old and up, adults, parenting skills/behavior modification for children and their parents, teaching nurturing skills to fathers, couples/marriages, LGBTQIA, substance abuse, women's issues, trauma, personality disorders, and mild to severe mental illness.  He helps patients processing trauma, including interpersonal, combat, and loss by promoting gradual, sustainable progress that's not overwhelming.  He also provides psychological assessment for formal diagnosis to children, adolescents, and adults to improve treatment planning in therapy, help physicians with medication management, or help with school, college, or work accommodations. 


Dr. Kuciemba was focused on the mental health field from the beginning of his formal education.  Starting with his Bachelor's degree from Texas State University, Cum Laude, majoring in Psychology.  Then his Master's degree from Marywood University, majoring in Psychology, Clinical Services.  Finally with his Doctorate degree from Texas Women's University, majoring in Counseling Psychology.  He has over 10 years experience working in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, substance use treatment programs, university counseling centers, and private practice.  His therapeutic approach built from in-depth formal and professional experience is based on cognitive-behavioral theory, integrating interpersonal, emotion-focused, strengths-based, and existential components in efforts to meet his patient's needs.
